Harold E. Wolfe, Jr., Esq. is a Florida tax and estate planning attorney. He has been practicing law in Florida for over 33 years and is Florida board certified in both taxation (since 1985) and wills, trusts and estates (since 1987). Mr. Wolfe’s specialty practice is limited to tax, business law and estate planning.


Mr. Wolfe was educated at the University of Georgia (B.A., 1975), Samford University (Juris Doctorate, 1978), and the University of Miami (Masters of Law in Taxation, 1979). He is admitted to practice for the Bars of Florida, Georgia and Alabama as well as many Federal courts including the United States Tax Court. Mr. Wolfe has a number of reported decisions in tax cases and other business-related cases on the Westlaw system.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wolfe has been involved in other business ventures including a resort hotel and a community bank. He has extensive experience in the area of forming and operating business entities. He has owned his own law firm since 1987.
